🍳 Omelettes – We pan-fry the ingredients first to bring out all that extra flavor before folding them into your omelette.
🤎 Biscuits & Gravy – Peppery, hearty sausage gravy absolutely loaded with sausage over warm biscuits.
🥩 Homemade Corned Beef Hash – A six-hour process and made primarily with MEAT.
🥪 Corned Beef Hash Reuben – Our homemade corned beef hash piled onto grilled rye with sauerkraut, Swiss and dressing.
🔥 North Shore “3-Way” Roast Beef – Freshly sliced prime rib, shaved paper thin and piled onto a grilled onion roll with cheese, BBQ sauce and mayo.

Through our "Pay It Forward", guests can donate toward gift certificates that go directly to locals who could use a warm, home-cooked meal.
We’re also proud to support Operation Veteran Vacation (OVV). Jason serves as a board member, helping create spaces where veterans and their families can rest, reconnect, and heal.
Furthermore, Jason also works with the Nurturing Fathers Program, supporting dads and strengthening families in our community.

Behind Freedom Café is a story of family, faith, and service.
The restaurant is run by Chrissy and Jason Weaver, a blended family for ten years and counting. When you visit, you’ll see our family photo on the wall — and soon, our mission statement right underneath it — because family is truly at the center of everything we do. Through all the ups and downs, one thing has stayed constant: we love each other deeply, and we believe that community is strongest when people care for one another.
We chose the name Freedom Café because we have a deep heart for veterans and service members. Jason is a combat veteran who proudly served in the United States Army, and honoring those who serve is woven into the foundation of our café.
Breakfast is the first meal of the day ... a moment to refuel, reconnect, and start fresh. Jason has a special passion for cooking breakfast, and it sets the tone for our day: serve our community with warmth, then head home and pour back into our own family.
Our goals are simple:
- build a place where everyone feels welcome,
- support our local veterans and families,
- and bring new life and joy to Main Street — one warm meal at a time.
Between our dedicated staff and the outpouring of love from our customers, our cups are truly full.
